  • All returns must be associated with an RA number. Items returned without an associated RA number will not be accepted. Please contact customer service for an RA number.
  • Defective goods must be returned to The J. Holland co within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Damaged goods must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date.
  • Personalized product, gift cards, and discount or final sale items cannot be returned.
  • Product must not be damaged from normal wear and tear, mishandling, abuse or misuse.
  • Product must be sent back clean
  • Product purchased from a retailer may only be returned to the retailer of purchase.
  • We request that you use the original box and shipping materials. For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping option that allows you to track and insure the products you are returning.  The J. Holland co is not responsible for any items lost in transit.

In the event of a refund, a credit of the full purchase price (shipping excluded) will be issued in the form of the original payment method. If you paid for your order with a combination of a gift certificate and a credit card, the refund will be credited to the gift certificate first and balance will then be refunded to the credit card. A refund issued to a credit card will appear on your statement within 1 to 2 billing cycles.

Because item availability cannot be guaranteed at the time your return is received, we highly recommend contacting us as soon as possible.
